We are delighted to announce that Joey’s Coffee will be attending the Great Lakeland 3Day™ in May 2015 and will be on hand to keep competitors (and staff!) fueled for the long bank holiday weekend of the finest mountain running, with superb barista served coffee.

2014 Race Director’s report
First of all, I must sincerely thank all the volunteer marshals who helped on the weekend. For a small event like the Great Lakeland 3Day™, their input has a huge impact both in terms of the event’s viability but also in setting the atmosphere.

2014 Course summary distance & height gain
The early GL3D™’s aimed to run about 25 miles on average per day and this is the distance that we now aim for on the A Course. Usually the first and second days are slightly further/harder than the last day to help participants get away at a reasonable time after the event has finished.
