17:00 – Event centre and car parking opens to participants.
17:30 to 21:00 – Registration, bag drop, shop and catering open (event maps issued at registration)
18:00 to 21:30 – Friday night meal (pre-booking only). The bar will be open.
20:00 – Cinema starts (there will be limited extra tickets available from the shop)
22:00 – Car parking closes

06:00 – Car parking opens
06:00 to 08:00 – Breakfast available (pre-booking only)
06:45 to 08:00 – Registration open
06:30 to 09:30 – Bag drop open

07:00 to 10:00 – Start opens (all courses)

10:00 – Finish opens

20:00 – Course closure
20:00 – Quiz #1 + daily announcements

SUNDAY 5th May 2024 – DAY 2

07:00 to 10:00 – Start opens (all courses)

10:00 – Finish opens

20:00 – Course closure
20:00 – Quiz #2 + daily announcements

MONDAY 6th may 2024 – DAY 3

07:00 to 10:00 - Start opens (all courses)

10:00 – Finish opens

12:00 to 15:00 – Finishers' meal (included in your entry), goodbyes, and see you next year!
15:00 – Course closure

16:00 – Car parking closes
